The RJCOLLAB+ Leadership Development Academy is a six-week online training experience that equips emerging leaders with the skills and grounding needed to support partner organizations during the 2026 voter-engagement cycle. Each week blends practical skills, movement values, and hands-on application. The Academy ends with a personalized Individual Action Plan and a match to an RJCOLLAB+ partner organization aligned with your goals.
